We hope you love your pole wear as much as we do! However, we know how disappointing it can be if it's just not right.
We accept exchanges or cash refunds if you change your mind. (Singapore orders only)
For international orders, we accept exchanges or offer store credit if the item you received is incorrect or defective. We do our best to check all items thoroughly before shipping and apologize if anything slips past our hawk eyes!
*For hygiene reasons, please keep your lingerie on while trying our pole bottoms or bodysuits. We cannot accept items returned with even the tiniest sign of wear. We thank you for your understanding so everyone can shop with peace of mind!*
To qualify for an exchange or return, please ensure:
The item is in pristine condition, just as you received it
The item tag is attached
To get in touch with us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number, the reason for exchange/return, and/or pictures of the defective item(s)
To return the item upon receiving instructions from us via email
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
